RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has gone past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, you must valid reason for your return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.

How to return your item:

To return your item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase i.e e-mail confirmation of purchase. Please send this to: sales@vintageheartclothing.co.uk

In the e-mail please state:

*Contact Email/ Phone Number

*Reason for Return

*Please fill this out before you return an item.

Once we have contacted you back you can send off your item. We will email you back to say that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account one last time. After that , please check your Paypal account.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes it’s hard to guess your size over the internet. We accept exchanges on most garments, if you have purchased the wrong size. Just email us at: sales@vintageheartclothing.co.uk and state you ordered the wrong size,You will also be required to pay an additional postage fee:

– UK (£4.00)

– International (£8.00)

These fee’s are not exempt in our Free Shipping. All Exchange charges should be sent via Paypal.

Non collected Items

If an item isn’t collected from the post office upon dispatch, it’s returned to us after 2 weeks. When the item is back with us, we will contact you to say that it wasn’t picked up and it was returned to us, You can get a refund minus postage cost. If you get free shipping with your order, this doesn’t protect you from the charges.

To return your product, you should send your product to:

Vintage Heart Clothing, 82 Daniels Lane, Holmbush, St.Austell, Cornwall. PL25 3HT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item , please consider using a trackable postage service.

If your item gets lost in the post, then we can not refund you if we do not receive your item.
